Faith Health and TeensCare foundation is a charitable registered NGO in Mumbai , working in area of healthcare  from children to senior citizens. The NGO was founded in 2005 by Dr Saurab Goel (Interventional Cardiologist) and Dr Paula Goel (Pediatrician) and registered with Mumbai Charity Commisioner in 2008 . Over the course of years , Faith Foundation has helped innumerable patients from all walks of life in medical care and has funded medical treatment for the socioeconomically deprived patients.

Faith Health and TeensCare foundation has conducted many health camps, health awareness programs in community , health camps for teenagers and also assisted needy patients for cardiac and other major illness. We focus mainly on health  issues because we think that’s the best way to have great impact, and we focus on these issues in particular because we think they are the biggest barriers that prevent people from making the most of their lives. It is  important to give back to the community:  values of volunteerism and civic engagement.

Our management committee oversees all the foundation's efforts. The committee meets regularly to ensure that all of our teams perform efficiently
